Turn-Key Partners advised Pfeffer Capital on an investment in The Ridge at Harvest Hills, a residential real estate development in North Dakota, USA. Pfeffer Capital invested alongside KKR and CP Realty.

Turn-Key advised Pfeffer Capital and its affiliates, and developed the financial model and fundraising materials that were distributed to potential investors, ultimately leading to KKR and CP Realty joining the partnership.

Turn-Key Partners worked alongside one of the world’s leading corporate finance advisors to provide support to a group of high profile private investors in analysing the possible acquisition of a European retail asset.

Turn-Key worked with the corporate finance advisor to build a robust financial projections model which analysed future cash needs for the turnaround and expansion of the target company, including a detailed store roll-out and refurbishment plan. Turn-Key also assisted the advisor to provide due diligence and research support to the client.

Turn-Key Partners provided outsourced support to leading global corporate finance advisory firm, specifically assisting in the analysis of a potential acquisition on behalf of a mutual client.

Turn-Key helped build a financial projections model, covering projections for the core business, as well as synergy analysis for the proposed merged entity. Turn-Key also provided support during due diligence; all the work and analysis completed was included in a presentation made to the client’s board and investors.

Turn-Key took control of the financial modelling aspect of a sell-side process, helping the management team to build a full budget and projections model, including functionality to allow for scenario analysis. This model was used as the basis for the projections provided to potential buyers of the company.
