HEPHZI PEMBERTON > Director
Hephzi is one of the founding partners of Turn-Key Partners and Kea Consultants.
Prior to Kea, Hephzi worked for a US search firm in their European practice. Before this she worked in the Corporate Broking team in the UK Investment Banking division at Lehman Brothers. During her time there she worked with FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 broking clients from a range of sectors including financial, consumer, energy and infrastructure.
Before going into Investment Banking, Hephzi studied at Balliol College, Oxford University.
CAROLINE EALAND > Director
Caroline is one of the founding partners of Turn-Key Partners and Kea Consultants.
Prior to Turn-Key, Caroline worked in New York for a US search firm building up their European practice. Before her career in executive search she worked for a FTSE 100 company in their marketing department.
MIKE SIMPSON > Director
Mike is one of the founding partners and a director at Turn-Key Partners, who sits on the Advisory Board.
Before this he worked in the London office of D.E. Shaw & Co, specialising in the provision of debt and equity capital to small and medium sized companies in the UK and Europe, and was also involved in public market investments as well. Mike’s background prior to D. E. Shaw was in investment banking in the United States, specifically in leveraged finance. Mike is also a non-executive director of Adboku (www.adboku.com).
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
SIMON MARSHALL > Senior Advisor
Simon is a senior executive of Scarborough Group International. He is the head of the Scarborough’s China Growth Opportunites business and works with all parts of the group on major stratgic initiatives and capital-raising programmes.
Prior to joining Scarborough, Simon worked with Beaubridge LLP, a UK mid-market private equity firm, investing in financial services, retail, technology and healthcare, as well as selective Central London residential real estate development projects. Simon was previously a Vice President within US hedge fund D.E. Shaw’s mezzanine debt and equity investing arm, where he spent 3 years building a business in the UK and European leveraged markets.
Prior to D E Shaw, Simon spent 10 years in the structured finance business of Lloyds Banking Group, working across multiple financing disciplines inlcuding infrastructure, energy and real estate finance.
Simon graduated from Cambridge University with a BA and MA in Modern Languages.
